About the Bali Ultimate
Six nights and the whole island, without moving hotel every day. Ubud and Kintamani inland — the Tegalalang terraces and the volcano viewpoint. Uluwatu on the cliff for the Kecak dance at sunset, which is worth arranging your day around.
A full day out at Nusa Penida by fast boat for Kelingking, Broken Beach and Angel’s Billabong, then the temple day: Ulun Danu Beratan sitting out on the lake, and Tanah Lot for the sunset. The last day is left free on purpose.
Day by day
01Arrive Bali | Transfer and check in
- Met at Ngurah Rai International Airport and driven to the hotel.
- Check in and take the rest of the day slowly.
- The evening is yours for the streets, the cafes and the markets.
- Overnight in Bali.
02Ubud and Kintamani | Rice terraces and the volcano
- A full day inland after breakfast.
- The Tegalalang Rice Terraces, cut into the hillside.
- The Kintamani volcano viewpoint, and the art villages on the way.
- Ubud Market and the town before heading back.
- Overnight in Bali or Ubud.
03The coast and Uluwatu | Kecak dance at sunset
- Down to the beach after breakfast, with water sports available there at extra cost.
- Uluwatu Temple in the afternoon, on the cliff above the Indian Ocean.
- The Kecak dance as the sun goes down.
- Overnight in Bali.
04Nusa Penida | Kelingking, Broken Beach, Crystal Bay
- To the harbour after breakfast and across by fast boat.
- Kelingking Beach, Broken Beach, Angel’s Billabong and Crystal Bay.
- Back to Bali by boat in the afternoon.
- Overnight in Bali.
05The temple day | Ulun Danu Beratan and Tanah Lot
- North after breakfast to Ulun Danu Beratan, out on the lake with the mountains behind it.
- On towards Tanah Lot for the afternoon.
- Sunset at Tanah Lot, which is the one everybody photographs.
- Overnight in Bali.
06Bali | A day of your own
- Nothing scheduled: the beach, the shopping, the cafes, or the hotel.
- Optional activities can be arranged on the day.
- Overnight in Bali.
07Bali | Departure
- Breakfast and check out.
- Transfer to Ngurah Rai International Airport for your flight.
