Who we are
Where every journey becomes a memory — fixed-departure group trips across India and beyond, since 2019.
We started in 2019 with one idea worth repeating: most people want to travel more than they want to organise travel. So we do the organising, set the date in advance, and you turn up.
Since then it has grown from weekend runs into the hills to a catalogue of 60 departures across 17 regions, 7 of them outside India. What has not changed is the shape of it: a date that is already running, a price that already includes the things you would otherwise be paying for one at a time, and somebody from our side travelling with the group.
My Regular Trip was founded on 17 August 2019 in Greater Noida by Priya Sharma, on the unglamorous belief that a holiday should not require a spreadsheet. Soni came in as a partner and runs a good deal of what happens between a booking and a bus actually leaving.
What began as weekend groups is now short escapes, family holidays, student excursions, corporate offsites and international departures — the same way of working, pointed at more places.
The hills we know best, and the coasts and deserts we have been running long enough to stop being surprised by.

A trip for eleven college friends and a trip for two people on their honeymoon are not the same trip with a different hotel. We plan them differently.
Two nights, one working day burnt at most. The overnight drive each way is the whole trick.
Slower days, hotels chosen for the room rather than the Instagram, and nobody marched up a hill before breakfast.
Educational and recreational trips where the operations are the point: headcounts, timings and a plan for when a bus is late.

Because the awkward parts are handled before you get to them. The date is fixed before you book it, so is the route, the stay, the vehicle and the price. Nothing is quoted per head afterwards. Nothing moves because fewer people signed up than we hoped.
What is not included is written on the trip page, in full, before you pay — and if a permit or a gondola is something we cannot promise, the page says that too. We would rather lose a booking than surprise somebody at a ticket counter.
The plan is not complicated: be the company people come back to. More destinations, better planning, and the same answer on the phone in March as in September.
