We run offsites the same way we run our departures: a fixed cost agreed up front, a real itinerary, and somebody on the ground so nobody from your team spends the trip managing it.

Any departure on the site can be run privately for a team, on your dates. Below is where groups usually start.

  • Tell us the group size, the rough dates and the budget
  • We come back with two or three routes that fit, costed per head
  • One invoice, one point of contact, GST invoice on request
  • A trip captain runs it, so your HR team is not chasing drivers

  • Headcount, and how firm it is
  • Dates, or the week it has to fall in
  • Whether people are flying in from more than one city
  • Anything the group cannot do — altitude, long treks, dietary
